Monday - the second day of the week - the first day of the work week. Monday - much maligned day in which rising early is most difficult. Monday - when the weekend is most distant.
Monday - green grass! the open field! the joy of running! the thrill of competition! the smiles of the children! Take that Monday!!!!!
Everyone is welcome regardless of age, or level of skill or fitness. Everyone will be valued for their contribution. No exceptions.
Mon. 9/17, 3-5 p.m. at Howard Park at the corner of Jefferson Blvd. and St. Louis Blvd in South Bend. It's the place to be.
