My son is in troop 547 in Berrien Springs (we drive 1/2 hour to get there), and he is homeschooled. The troop is awesome. They usually camp monthly (even in winter) and though small, often win the regional First Aid Meet every spring. A large percentage of the boys make eagle, too--much more than in most troops. We love he troop and will continue to travel there weekly.

Do be sure to try out 3-4 troops in the are to find one that suits you--that's how we found this one.

I realize this is cub scouting is there a boy scout troop that has a large group of homeschool boys. my son is in pack 539 and is finishing his arrow of light and although he most likely will go to troop 593 I am always interested in other possibilities.
