Re: [homeschoolhub] family friendly hours

I agree that It is good to have classes & activities at different hours of the day.  My husband and I both work full time and I love to be able to do evening activities with my kids.  While the babysitter takes my children to daytime activities,  so it isn't a problem for my children to attend.  I really like being able to be a part of the activities too.

I think the hours people want vary from family to family. Mornings
don't work for us, but afternoons and evenings are good. I actually
often prefer things in the evening. I think having activities at a
variety of times gives the most chance of everyone being able to do
something at a time that works for them.

Here's what I mean: Family friendly to us means keeping activities within the hours of the regular "school day" 9:30am-5pm.
